In the case of receiving a damaged item(s), do not discard the item until you have contacted us. Please contact Customer Support within 2 days of the delivery date and provide a photo of the damaged item.

We currently ship to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the United States.

Orders placed by 5pm est will be shipped within 2 business days. Please allow approximately 24 hours after you receive your shipment notification email for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Lost or Stolen Package

At The Mane District we understand it can be an extremely frustrating when packages are lost or stolen. Unfortunately, even with the best carriers, problems do occur. If your package has been lost or stolen, Please contact the USPS immediately. The process of starting a claim with the USPS takes time as there are specific steps and processes that must be followed. Please follow the instructions on the USPS website below:


If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to cancel the order once the cancellation is requested. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Unfortunately, we do not accept pre-paid gift cards.
